Hello,
I am an enthusiastic pike angler from Germany and I need some information about pike fishing in Scotland
I am going on a trip to the Dingwall/Alness area. Is there lochs for pike fishing around in this area.I also visit some friends in the Aberfeldy area.
Is there a chance for pike fishing. What about Loch Tay and Loch Freuchie?

most lochs in the dingwall area hold pike.ones off the top of my head are, loch garve, loch luichart and loch ness.
and yes, loch tay also has pike in it.you could also try the caladonian canal.all lochs connected by this canal hold pike |

Definitely pike in loch freuchie, heard talk of a pike cull a few years ago though . The Amulree hotel is the place to get info/permits. |
