I caught some two pounders last year on the F&C while fishing for Tench. Thought I might as well list the rest of the main course species on the boards so we can see who's catching what.

I have had eels to around 3 pounds while nightfishing for bream and trout when i was younger. Even in my older years they still give me the creeps as much now as they did when i was a lad on the clyde!. I cut the hook and let them get on with it.. Very Happy
