Brown trout/sea trout

I know that this might be a stupid question?? but how easy is it to tell these two spieces from each other..

Do sea trout have a more silvery under belly..diffrent type of spots..

reason being that some people that pass by
say that the brown trout that comes from my local stretch look a bit like sea trout coz the are very silver compared to the more gold colour of a brown trout.

A Sea Trout and Brown Trout are the same species Salmo Trutta, the difference being a Sea Trout migrates, is more silvery and has a white underbelly and no red spots. In saying that a Brownie sometimes has no red spots but generally has a yellow belly.
